WestPoint is currently looking for a creative and trend-savvy Influencer Marketing Manager to join its growing marketing team in Karachi. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for digital storytelling, influencer collaborations, and driving brand awareness through strategic partnerships on social media platforms.

As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing social media influencers and content creators who align with the brand’s identity and goals. You will play a pivotal role in executing influencer marketing campaigns, enhancing the brand’s online presence, and tracking the effectiveness of partnerships.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies in alignment with brand objectives.

• Identify suitable influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others based on campaign needs.

• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators.

• Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiation to content approval and performance tracking.

• Monitor trends in the digital and influencer marketing space to keep the brand relevant and competitive.

• Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend optimizations for future campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with the social media, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media or marketing, preferably with hands-on exposure to influencer campaigns.

• A creative mindset with a strong grasp of current social media trends, viral content, and audience engagement strategies.

• Ability to manage multiple influencers and campaigns simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
