What You'll Do
- Build and manage strong relationships with influencers, creators, media personalities, and beauty communities across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify emerging creators and develop strategic influencer partnerships that align with the Venus Aesthetics brand.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer campaigns, PR seeding, product gifting, clinic visits, and treatment collaborations from start to finish.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, content approvals, and campaign timelines.
- Coordinate PR activities, media outreach, and press coverage to strengthen brand awareness and reputation.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to maximize campaign reach and create impactful social media moments.
- Monitor campaign performance, influencer content, earned media, and social conversations, then prepare detailed performance reports.
- Maintain an organized influencer and media database while ensuring consistent communication and long-term relationship management.
- Represent Venus Aesthetics professionally in every email, DM, meeting, and collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in PR, Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Social Media Marketing (agency or brand side).
- Required: Examples of influencer campaigns, PR collaborations, or creator partnerships you've managed. Applications without a portfolio or campaign examples may not be considered.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pakistan's beauty, skincare, and lifestyle creator ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with experience managing campaign trackers using Google Sheets, Notion, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
