Industrial Engineering Officer

Description:

We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Officer (IE Officer) to join our Process Improvement and Systems Department. This role involves improving manufacturing efficiency, implementing new standard operating procedures (SOPs), and utilizing Lean tools like 5S, JIT, and KAIZEN to optimize processes. The ideal candidate will also focus on cost-saving measures through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and prepare KPI-based production reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve manufacturing efficiency by designing and implementing new SOPs.

• Utilize Lean tools such as 5S, JIT, and KAIZEN for process optimization.

• Prepare production reports based on KPIs.

• Implement cost-saving measures using Lean Six Sigma techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, process optimization, or Lean Six Sigma projects.
