What you’ll be doing

• Handle inbound chats and sales conversations with USA based clients

• Understand client requirements and guide them to the product

• Build trust, respond quickly, and convert inquiries into orders

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing

• Prior experience in call centre will be engaged

• Individuals comfortable working 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
