We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inbound Sales Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming leads, understanding client requirements, explaining our services, and converting qualified prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build trust with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound leads through calls, emails, forms, and messages
• Understand client needs and suggest the right service or solution
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong communication
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients
• Maintain lead records and update the sales pipeline
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding

Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills
• Previous experience in sales, customer support, or business development
• Ability to handle client conversations professionally
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, web development, or software services is a plus
• Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills
