Job Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume inbound sales calls for US-based telecom campaigns, including internet, cable TV, mobile, and bundled services.
- Engage customers professionally, identify their needs, and recommend suitable telecom plans to maximize customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
- Close sales on live calls by effectively addressing objections, explaining pricing, promotions, contract terms, and service features.
- Follow approved call scripts, verification steps, disclosures, and compliance requirements at all times.
- Accurately document call outcomes, customer details, and sales activity in the CRM or dialer system.
- Meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including conversion rate, revenue targets, call quality, and attendance.
- Maintain a high level of call quality, professionalism, and customer empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer questions related to billing, installation, service availability, and promotions, and coordinate with support teams when required.
- Stay updated with campaign changes, new offers, pricing updates, and system enhancements through ongoing training and briefings.
- Adhere to company policies regarding data security, PCI compliance, and customer privacy.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, QA teams, and trainers to improve performance based on feedback and call evaluations.
- Maintain punctuality, schedule adherence, and a disciplined approach to night-shift operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inbound or Outbound sales campaigns
- Telecom campaign experience preferred (ISP, Cable, Internet, TV, etc.)
- Strong English communication & listening skills
- Sales-driven mindset with closing confidence
- Ability to work night shifts from Johar Town, Lahore
