Inbound Customer Support Specialist

 

Description:

Transpotech is seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Dispatch professional to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring excellent service delivery and efficient dispatching of drivers for our clients. You will be the key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, and coordinating transportation logistics.

● Having Excellent spoken English skills and a neutral, American or British accent is MANDATORY.

● Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

● Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

● Communicating with customers through various channels.

● Acknowledging and resolving customer complains.

● Knowing our service' inside and out so that you can answer questions.

● Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.

● Keep records of customer interactions, transaction, comments and complains.

● Communicating and coordinating with team as necessary.

● Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

● Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

 

Job requirements

 

● Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (from abroad preferred)

Foreign Exposure in English speaking countries is preferred

● Ability to multitask

● Familiarity and experience with CRMs

● Experience working with Customer support (US experience is preferable)

● Excellent Spoken English skills with (American or British accent preferred)
