Inbound Customer Service Representative

We have a UK based inbound call center in Bahria Civic Center for which I'm hiring a few people.

JOB DESCRIPTION?

As mentioned it's an inbound call center. Job description is to only answer incoming calls and help the customers. Average call is 20 secs and in a day one takes 100 - 150 calls at average. There is no cold calling, selling etc. etc.

Salary is not commission based or subjected to any targets or something.

REQUIREMENTS?
Good communication, basic computer knowledge, fairly good typing skills, professional attitude.

TRAINING?

Selected people are given an in depth training and then brought on live calls.

SHIFTS AND DUTY TIMING?

Our operations are 24/7 so we do morning and night both. Duty hours are 10 - 12 hours 5 days with 2 consecutive days off.

SALARY?

Salaries are hourly. Lumpsum one can expect 50,000 - 55,000 in the start and after the probation depending on the performance it can be raised to 65,000 - 80,000. That's not the end.
