Digital District is looking to onboard a creative, detail-oriented, and skilled In-House eBook Writer to join its talented content team. This full-time, onsite position is ideal for experienced writers who are passionate about storytelling, research, and publishing high-quality digital books across diverse genres and niches.

As an In-House eBook Writer, you will be responsible for producing engaging, well-structured, and original eBook manuscripts that meet the company's editorial standards and client expectations. From brainstorming ideas to the final formatting and proofreading stage, you will play an integral role in shaping impactful digital content. The ideal candidate should have excellent English writing skills, a strong command of narrative structure, and experience formatting manuscripts for readability and visual appeal.

Working closely with editors and team members, you’ll receive feedback and refine drafts accordingly to ensure consistency, clarity, and audience engagement. This role offers the opportunity to work on various genres including fiction, non-fiction, self-help, technical guides, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and write original, engaging, and grammatically sound eBooks from scratch

• Structure and format content for clarity, coherence, and reader engagement

• Edit and revise manuscripts based on editorial feedback

• Ensure adherence to writing style guides, tone, and thematic requirements

• Perform final proofreading and quality checks before submission/publication

• Collaborate with the editorial team and meet strict deadlines

• Stay updated with eBook industry trends and content strategies

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Media Sciences, or any relevant field

• Minimum of 1 year experience in professional eBook writing, publishing, or creative content roles

• Strong command of the English language (written and grammatical)

• Ability to handle multiple projects with consistency and creativity

• Attention to detail and the ability to self-edit

• Familiarity with formatting tools such as MS Word, Google Docs, or eBook-specific platforms

• Ability to work onsite in Gulistan-e-Johar Block 2, Karachi

• Available for evening shift (6 PM – 3 AM)
