Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential suppliers and prepare competitive analyses.
• Prepare accurate purchase orders detailing quantity, pricing, and specifications.
• Liaise with international suppliers to coordinate shipments, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Negotiate terms, conditions, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Maintain precise records of all purchases, invoices, and receipts.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers to explore opportunities for product development, innovation, and process improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Education:

· Master degree in business management (Supply Chain) or a related field.

Work Experience:

· At least 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain management with a well reputed organization.
