Import / Export Officer

Description:

Fabro is well-known Engineering, Apparel & Luggage Manufacturing company. It is operating in Lahore, Pakistan. Fabro is engaged in Research and development activities to provide innovative solutions to well-known brands around the globe. We require staff for our Lahore office located near Manawa Hospital Lahore.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Strong in daily Follow-up of various shipments at various stages.
• Dealing with banks for imports & export payments/realizations
• Handling all imports and Exports Operations including custom clearance, forwarding
• Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
• Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
• Command on Book Keeping and Record Management
• All Export/Import Related Documentation.
• Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, (International) Business or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Prior experience preparing customs and shipping documents preferred.
• Strong Command on MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies.
