Implementation Consultant

Description:

Impetus Systems is looking for an Implementation Consultant to join their Karachi office. The role focuses on collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements, leading the implementation of solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and integrating solutions while providing training and technical support to clients.

This position offers an opportunity to work closely with clients, monitor project progress, manage risks, and contribute to continuous improvement of products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to assess business requirements and objectives.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.

• Lead solution implementation, including configuration, customization, and integration.

• Align solutions with client needs and industry best practices.

• Monitor project progress, manage scope, and mitigate risks.

• Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients and end-users.

• Offer technical support during implementation and escalate issues as needed.

• Create and maintain implementation documentation (project plans, technical specs, user guides).

• Gather client feedback to improve solutions and implementation processes.

• Provide recommendations for product enhancements and improvements.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.

• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

• Ability to manage projects and provide technical guidance.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
