Description:

Joblogic, a rapidly expanding UK-based software company with a global presence in the UK, Pakistan, and Vietnam, is currently hiring an Implementation and Onboarding Consultant for its Lahore office. This role is pivotal for ensuring new clients receive a seamless onboarding experience and are set up for long-term success using the Joblogic SaaS platform.

In this customer-facing position, you will serve as the main point of contact during the onboarding process, configuring workflows, delivering product training, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams. Your ability to manage multiple projects, understand customer requirements, and deliver results will play a direct role in customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand each client’s business processes and customize the Joblogic platform to align with their workflows

• Lead onboarding and implementation sessions for new customers

• Deliver comprehensive user training to clients on the Joblogic platform

• Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact for new clients during the implementation phase

• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Product, Development, and Support to ensure smooth delivery

• Track onboarding milestones and report on implementation progress

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS implementation, software onboarding, or customer success roles

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written

• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously

• Technically inclined with a good understanding of software platforms and customer workflow customization

• A customer-first mindset with the ability to manage expectations and deliver consistent results
