Aptitude Migration is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Officer for its Lahore office, specializing in Australian immigration services. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end visa process for clients applying to Australia, including student visas, skilled migration, spouse visas, and visitor visas. Your responsibilities will involve initial client consultations, eligibility assessments, preparation and submission of visa applications, follow-up with relevant authorities, and handling any documentation or compliance-related issues.
You will be expected to stay current with immigration laws, case precedents, and policy updates issued by the Australian Department of Home Affairs. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple client files efficiently are critical. The role also demands excellent communication skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for clients, offering them timely updates and professional support throughout the application journey. Prior experience in Australian immigration and familiarity with MARA guidelines or working under a registered agent would be considered an asset.
