Description:
Teloom is seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer Consultant to support our clients with U.S. immigration matters. This is a flexible, project-based role where you’ll assist individuals and businesses with navigating the immigration process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert answers to client inquiries related to U.S. immigration.
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation for immigration applications.
- Guide clients through the document submission process.
- Offer consultation for business immigration (e.g., work visas, L-1, EB-5) and family immigration (e.g., spouse, parents, children)
- Ensure compliance with the latest USCIS policies and procedures.
- Communicate clearly with clients in both English and Spanish.
- Be available during Eastern Time Zone (EST) business hours.
Requirements:
- Licensed attorney or legal professional with strong experience in U.S. immigration law.
- Proven track record handling both family- and employment-based immigration cases.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, organizational, and client-handling skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and handling virtual consultations.
