Join us as a Programme Coordinator for the International Foundation Year (IFY) programme and play a key role in shaping students’ academic journeys.

What You’ll Do:

✨ Coordinate and manage the day-to-day delivery of the academic programme.

✨ Ensure smooth operations and compliance with academic standards.

✨ Collaborate with faculty on timetables, assessments, and student progress.

✨ Act as the vital link between students, faculty, and administration.

✨ Prepare reports, track attendance, and monitor student outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 A/O Levels background is required.

🎓 Bachelor’s degree is a must.

🌍 Background in Transnational Education (TNE) will be a strong plus.

🗣 Excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency (written & spoken) are essential.

💡 A proactive, detail-oriented individual who can multitask and lead with initiative.
