Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems within the mall and tower.
• Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE).
• 7-8 years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems.
