Dalaxi is seeking a results-driven, experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and enhance our HR operations. This role will play a key part in managing our workforce, improving performance, and ensuring efficient payroll and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee staff management, including workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development
* Conduct performance analysis and implement effective performance management systems
* Manage and administer payroll processes accurately and on time
* Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
* Provide strategic HR support to senior leadership
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 4–6+ years of relevant HR experience
* Strong knowledge of payroll systems, performance management, and HR operations
* Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
* Experience in the IT or technology sector is preferred
