🌎 We’re Hiring: Manager – Human Resources (Night Shift) 🌎

Location: Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi (Onsite)

Utopia Deals is looking for a dynamic Manager – Human Resources to join our team and lead HR operations during the night shift (6 PM – 3 AM PKT). If you have a passion for global HR practices and thrive in a fast-paced international environment, this role is for you!

✨ What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead offshore and global executive hiring, with a focus on the US market
✅ Manage global payroll processes and compliance
✅ Drive HR operations aligned with international best practices
✅ Partner with leadership on people strategy & workforce planning

✨ What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s/Master’s preferred)
✔️ Minimum 8 years of experience with atleast 2 years of experience of leading team as Manager.
✔️ Proven experience in offshore hiring & global payroll management
✔️ Strong communication, interpersonal & problem-solving skills
✔️ A can-do attitude and professional personality
✔️ Previous night shift HR experience preferred
