Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HubSpot CRM Executive with strong experience, particularly Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, to support our marketing and sales operations. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth CRM operations, lead funnels, maintaining data quality, and reporting on system performance. Your primary responsibilities will involve monitoring CRM activities, addressing data integrity issues, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The role requires an executive who can proactively spot issues, recommend improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance marketing funnel ows and operational efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot CRM Oversight & Reporting:

  • Oversee daily HubSpot CRM operations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Conduct regular reviews and update CRM records to ensure accurate reporting and data segmentation
  • Monitor CRM performance metrics and provide periodic reports on data quality, customer segmentation, and engagement levels.

Automation & Workow Optimization:

  • Support automation workows in HubSpot and ensure alignment with internal processes
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ne-tune workows, enhancing engagement and eciency
  • Identify bottlenecks in workows and recommend adjustments to improve performance

Campaign Monitoring & Support:

  • Assist in overseeing targeted email marketing campaigns using HubSpot's email tools
  • Monitor campaign performance, including open rates and conversion metrics, to provide insights on potential improvements
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards, supporting ongoing lead nurturing and retention strategies

Data Integrity & Enrichment:

  • Implement data quality practices and run periodic data checks to maintain CRM data accuracy
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to rene data collection methods, ensuring optimal data enrichment and CRM capabilities

Insight & Recommendation Reporting:

  • Generate and deliver regular reports on CRM, engagement metrics, and data integrity
  • Analyze CRM data to offer insights and recommendations, contributing to customer journey improvements and data-driven strategies
  • Work with stakeholders to develop and manage dashboards that provide real-time access to key CRM performance metrics

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related eld
  • 2 years of experience with HubSpot, specifically Sales Hub and Marketing Hub
  • HubSpot CRM management or Salesforce experience is must
  • Strong knowledge of CRM practices, data management, and segmentation
  • Experience with HubSpot's reporting and automation tools
  • Ability to provide data-driven insights and work collaboratively across teams
  • Familiarity with data integration and enrichment tools
  • Understanding of email marketing compliance and data privacy regulations
