Hse Manager

Description:

Mughal Energy Limited, a subsidiary of Mughal Group of Industries, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager HSE to join our dynamic team. The selected individual will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, international standards, and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HSE management systems, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with national laws, ISO standards, and company guidelines.
Lead risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections across operations.
Drive a strong HSE culture through awareness, training, and engagement programs.
Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend preventive measures.
Collaborate with regulatory authorities, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Environmental Sciences (Master’s preferred).
NEBOSH / IOSH / Lead Auditor Certification or equivalent mandatory.
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in power/energy sector (experience in IPP or powerhouse operations will be preferred).
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
