🎯 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Coordinate onboarding and training sessions
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture
• Handle employee queries and ensure compliance with labor laws

✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor's/Master’s in HR or Business Administration
• 1-3 years of HR experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & HR software
• Problem-solving attitude with a team-first approach
