Description:

Soft Nation Technologies is looking HR Manager Female.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in recruitment (technical and non-technical) by preparing job descriptions, Headhunting, posting ads on job portals and managing the hiring process Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
• Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to management regarding of suitable applicants and drafting email.
• Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Profile must be Confident and presentable.
• International Hiring experience would be preferred.

Office Timing 12pm to 9pm and other perks and benefit will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• HR Functions: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Fluent English (Preferred)
