Requirements ;

Minimum Bachelors preferred in HR or IR).

Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputable organization.

Skills:

• Experience with end-to-end recruitment cycle of Blue Collar workers.

• Understanding of manpower planning & budgeting.

• Preparation of daily man-days & monthly payroll.

• Experience in employee relations.

• Addressing employee issues related to EOBI and PESSI card.

• Address Employees insurance related issues and griviences.

• Preparation of required reports for the management.

• Maintain & update employee records.

• Preparation of full & final settlement of employees.

• Implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
