Housekeeping Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager at Wapda Town in Lahore. She will be responsible for supervising a team of housekeepers and ensuring that all areas of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back of the house areas, are clean and well-maintained. She will also be responsible for laundry services and overseeing customer service efforts in relation to housekeeping.

• Supervisory skills with experience managing teams
• Laundry experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Hiring and training experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment
• Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
