Hostel Warden

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth running and administration of the hostel.

• Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations.

• Oversee the safety, security, and well-being of residents.

• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and catering services.

• Address students' grievances and provide mentorship.

• Maintain hostel inventory and ensure proper utilization of resources.

• Submit daily reports to the management regarding hostel activities.

Requirements:

• Retired Subedar from the Pakistan Army will be preferred.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (higher qualification preferred).

• Prior experience in a similar role is desirable.

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to manage and supervise hostel activities effectively.
