Description:
We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Trainer to lead a project-based assignment in F-6, reporting to the AuratTech F-8 Office, for a short-term commercial project focused on aesthetics clients.The trainer will design and deliver a structured training program, conduct needs assessments, and guide participants to improve both hospitality and sales skills. The program includes 10 days of in-person training followed by 6 structured follow-up check-ins over 3 months. Training will incorporate AI-driven techniques for sales refinement, activity- and role-based exercises, and English communication improvement. The trainer will coordinate closely with the F8 Aurattech office to ensure project goals are achieved on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive hospitality and aesthetics-focused training curriculum.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training priorities.
- Deliver 10 days of in-person training, using activity-based and role-based learning approaches.
- Incorporate AI prompting techniques for sales refinement in training modules.
- Enhance participants’ professional English communication skills throughout the program.
- Conduct 6 follow-up check-ins over 3 months to monitor progress, provide guidance, and mentor participants.
- Coordinate with the F8 Aurattech office for reporting, updates, and project alignment.
- Evaluate training outcomes and suggest improvements for future programs.
- Prepare and share structured progress and final reports, detailing training activities, participant engagement, outcomes, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hospitality Trainer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality standards, operations, and best practices, particularly for aesthetics clients.
- Experience with sales improvement through AI tools or techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentorship skills.
- Experience in curriculum development, needs assessment, and training evaluation.
- Ability to design and deliver activity- and role-based training programs.
- Experience in improving English communication skills for professional settings.
- Capability to manage short-term, intensive training projects successfully.
