Description:
MMQ MEDICAL AND DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE, invites applications for the position of Receptionist.
Responsibilities :
You will be responsible to:
• facilitate the customers(i.e. patients and attendants) in the department book appointment over phone or in-person for procedures
• manage cash payments
• assist customers telephonic as well as walk in inquiries
• Must know how to use Microsoft Word/Excel, and softwares.
• maintain all necessary record related to reception area provide assistance to the supervisor in the quality audits
• any other assignment given by the supervisor / department head.
• Provide administrative support to the unit
• Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of reception area
• Ensure availability of all forms, slips and stationary at all times1
• Organize Patient Medical record on Software
• You should have a Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of related work experience preferred
• cash handling skills
• good communication skills (both in English and Urdu).
• ability to perform multiple functions effectively under work pressure
• good public relations and interpersonal skills
• good problem solving and trouble shooting skills
• time flexibility (available for shift duties and willingness for double duties)
