We are seeking a Home Health Billing Specialist for a full-time on-site position based in Lahore. The responsibilities include managing the end-to-end medical billing process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims, and handling accounts receivable. The specialist will research and resolve billing errors, manage denials, follow up on unpaid claims, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Additionally, the role requires strong collaboration with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal teams to streamline revenue cycle management and achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Billing, Claim Management, Accounts Receivable, and Denial Management processes.
• Strong knowledge of Healthcare Coding, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Familiarity with Insurance Policies, Payer Guidelines, and Compliance Regulations in the healthcare sector.
• Experience with Medical Billing Software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills for resolving billing discrepancies efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and insurance providers effectively.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within home health billing, is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
