Hiring Graphic Designer

Description:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

Responsibilities

• Must be Creative in designing
• Ability to work various design types e.g. Social Media, Print Media, Website template etc.
• Keen eye on keeping Brand Theme
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand theme

Requirements and skills

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A keen eye on details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts

Preferred skills and qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in professional graphic designing. Worked with agency is a Plus
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
• Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5
• Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems
• Photography skills is a Plus
