Velentra Health is expanding, and we're looking for a passionate Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team in Gulberg, Lahore.

If you have experience sourcing top talent and enjoy connecting healthcare professionals with meaningful opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:
✅ Recruit RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
✅ Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, and referrals
✅ Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
✅ Verify licenses, certifications, and experience
✅ Manage candidate pipelines and support onboarding

What We're Looking For:
✔ Recruitment experience (healthcare recruitment is a strong advantage)
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔ Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
