Description:
HSE Officer will be responsible to facilitate compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and will ensure compliance to HSE Standards by providing advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations.
Key Result Area
- Communicate and ensure training on HSE Policies
- Ensure compliance to Health, Safety and Environmental standards for the site
- Facilitate in conducting safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments
- Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations
- Conduct Risk Assessments for new projects and initiatives at the sites
- Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
- Provide training to workers to raise awareness on Health and Safety topics and issues in the workplace
- Conduct incident investigations and ensure that robust actions are taken to avoid repeats
- Prepare and Compile data on HSE Statistics for the site
- Ensure compliance to Local regulation regarding, Health, Safety and Environment

- Lead Auditor Course/ Knowledge on ISO 14001/45001
