Location: Karachi
Qualification: Master’s in Business or Public Administration
Experience: Minimum 8 years in service quality/operations within BPO
Skills: Leadership, QA frameworks, RCA, SOP compliance, cross-functional coordination

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage service quality standards across BPO operations
- Oversee training, coaching, and compliance mechanisms
- Conduct RCA and implement process improvements
- Manage customer satisfaction surveys and mystery calling programs
- Collaborate across teams to ensure service excellence
