Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the entire security department, ensuring effective deployment of security personnel across all shifts

· Develop and implement robust security policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with organizational objectives

· Oversee plant security operations including access control, surveillance systems, and material movement

· Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses; implement preventive and corrective measures

· Ensure protection of company assets including raw materials, finished goods, and infrastructure

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards
