Description:
Atlantic Grease & Lubricants is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and grow our Lubricants Division in Pakistan. This is a senior leadership role for a results-driven professional who can build strong distribution networks, develop effective sales strategies, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement national sales strategies for the lubricants business
• Build and expand distribution networks across Pakistan
• Manage and grow existing key clients and distributors
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and clients
• Recruit, train, and lead sales teams to achieve growth targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to drive market expansion
Requirements:
• 7+ years of sales experience in lubricants, automotive, oil & gas, or related industries
• Proven track record in B2B sales and distribution development
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Based in Lahore with willingness to travel across Pakistan
