Key roles involved in setting KPIs, crafting brand strategy, managing teams, and aligning marketing with sales targets, offering market competitive salary and facilitations.

Key Responsibilities:

▪️Strategy Development: Define and execute integrated sales and marketing plans.

▪️Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve monthly/annual sales targets and revenue goals.

▪️Lead Generation & Conversion: Oversee lead generation efforts and ensure high-conversion rates.

▪️Team Leadership: Lead and mentor sales and marketing departments.

▪️Reporting & ROI: Track and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to report on marketing and sales effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

▪️Experience: Usually requires 3–5 years of experience in similar senior roles.

▪️Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.

▪️Technical Knowledge: Understanding of B2B/B2C, CRM systems and digital marketing trends.
