🚀 Role Overview: As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales department. You'll be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, and exploring new avenues to generate business. You will have the opportunity to employ a range of sales strategies, from leveraging freelancing platforms, such as Upwork, to utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, email campaigns, participating in conferences, and exploring staff augmentation opportunities.

 

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that leverages multiple sales channels.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other professional networks to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Develop and implement outbound sales initiatives through cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Explore staff augmentation opportunities to generate new business.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
