Description:

Agile District is a fast-growing software house providing web and mobile development services to clients outside of Pakistan, especially in the USA and Europe. We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase revenue.

Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the USA and Europe.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.

Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards targets.

Essential Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling to clients in the USA and Europe is a must.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An analytical and data-driven approach to sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
