We are seeking a 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 to drive growth, build a strong sales pipeline, and lead our sales team for 𝐈𝐓 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 (𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠). This is a high-impact role focused on expanding our international client base and achieving revenue targets.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✅ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth
✅ Build and manage the end-to-end sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure
✅ Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team to achieve targets
✅ Identify new business opportunities in IT services
✅ Establish and maintain relationships with international clients (USA)
✅ Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align sales efforts with company goals
✅ Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline health
✅ Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
✅ Implement B2B sales best practices, outbound strategies, and client acquisition
✅ Represent the company in key meetings, presentations, and negotiations
