Location: Karachi

Advance Telecom (AT), a leading electronics distributor, is expanding into the renewable energy sector. We’re hiring a visionary Head of Sales to lead and grow our Solar Division, covering Solar Panels, Inverters, and Lithium-ion Batteries.
This senior leadership role demands strategic vision, hands-on team management, and the ability to develop long-term partnerships across B2B and B2C segments in Pakistan’s evolving solar market.

Experience & Qualification:
Minimum 5+ years in sales, with at least 2+ years in a senior leadership role within solar, renewable energy, or power sectors.
Bachelor’s or master’s in business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Proven track record in scaling B2B and B2C solar sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
Build and lead a high-performing national sales team with clear KPIs.
Explore and penetrate new markets, regions, and customer segments.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and government bodies.
Represent Enercom at exhibitions, conferences, and solar industry events.
Drive operational excellence through CRM optimization and performance tracking.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, and marketing teams to support growth.
Stay updated on solar industry trends, technologies, and regulatory developments.
