IR Javed Human Resource Consultants – Pakistan is partnering with a renowned Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) group in Lahore to source an exceptional Head of Sales.

About the role
We seek a Sales Leader with a proven FMCG track record to own revenue growth, distributor & retail relationships, and end-to-end sales strategy across channels. This is a strategic role — you’ll lead sales force, set targets, drive execution, and partner with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to scale the business.

Key requirements
10+ years in FMCG sales with demonstrated success at regional/territory leadership level (experience with distributors & modern trade preferred).
Strong people leadership — experience hiring, coaching and retaining field sales teams.

Excellent command of sales planning, forecasting, trade activation, and P&L understanding.

Proficiency with CRM/sales analytics tools and experience using data to drive decisions.
MBA or equivalent.
