Head Of Project Management

Description:

We are seeking a competent and experienced professional to lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple civil projects across Pakistan. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of strategic oversight and hands-on execution capability, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion

Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors

Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks

Review project reports, drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

B.E. in Civil Engineering

Minimum 5 years of project management experience

At least 2 years of hands-on execution experience

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within civil works

Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
