β This is a leadership role focused on Amazon buyer psychology and conversion, not graphic design.
β You will own the creative direction and positioning of Amazon brands for the American market.
β All Amazon creatives, listing images, A+ content, EBC, storefronts, and brand assets, will require your final approval.
β Your goal is simple: ensure every creative attracts attention, builds trust, and converts.

β Review and approve all Amazon creatives (listing images, A+, EBC, storefront visuals)
β Guide designers on positioning products for the U.S. Amazon audience
β Define image sequence strategy, hero messaging, benefit hierarchy, and comparison visuals
β Ensure creatives align with buyer objections, psychology, and Amazon best practices
β Analyze competitor listings and improve creative positioning
β Collaborate with PPC and brand teams to align creatives with traffic strategy
β Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual storytelling
β Continuously optimize creatives based on performance data and market trends

β Strong understanding of American consumer behavior on Amazon
β Conversion-focused marketing mindset

β Strong English communication with an American tone and messaging sense
β Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (experience may substitute education)
