We’re seeking a Head of Presales (Techno-Sales) who can turn complex technology into clear business value. You’ll lead the presales team, engage with enterprise customers, and ensure our solutions solve their most critical challenges.
Ideal candidate: Experienced in enterprise IT, especially in banking, finance, or multinational environments, with the ability to build trust and win business.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

- Lead & mentor the presales team to build technical depth, customer empathy, and commercial focus.
- Engage directly with clients to understand needs, challenges, and vision.
- Translate requirements into compelling, tailored solutions.
- Oversee proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and proof-of-concepts.
- Partner with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure solutions are realistic, profitable, and future-proof.
- Stay ahead of market trends with innovative approaches.

✅ What You Bring
- 12–15 years in enterprise IT (min. 5 years in presales/solution leadership).
- Experience in banking, finance, or multinational enterprises.
- Strong grasp of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
- Proven leadership & mentoring skills.
- Excellent engagement skills with C-level executives & technical teams.

✅ Preferred Certifications:
☁ Cloud: AWS Solutions Architect (Pro), Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Architect
🔐 Cybersecurity: CISSP, CISM, CCSP
📐 Enterprise Architecture: TOGAF
🖥 IT Infrastructure: ITIL Expert, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNP/CCIE
