Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead sales, marketing, and brand strategy to establish market leadership in the EV segment.
✅ Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
✅ Expand the market through strategic partnerships and a strong dealer/distribution network.
✅ Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
✅ Drive brand positioning, customer experience, and go-to-market strategies.
✅ Oversee business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI performance.

Requirements:
Qualification: MBA, BS/MS Engineering, or equivalent from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 8 years at a Head-level role in the Motorcycle or EV Bikes industry.
