Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead digital marketing, branding, content, social media, and performance campaigns.
Drive lead generation initiatives and optimize marketing ROI.
Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and internal teams.
Oversee project launches, events, and promotional activities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with sales and senior management to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ 8–12 years of progressive marketing experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
✔ Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
✔ Proven experience managing high-performing teams and marketing budgets.
✔ Experience in the real estate or construction industry will be preferred.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
