𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

- Develop and execute liability growth strategies with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and digital banking.

- Lead the development and enhancement of digital liability products, including online savings accounts and digital fixed deposits.

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.

- Ensure effective risk management practices for liability products and digital banking initiatives.

- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing liabilities team.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

- Drive innovation while ensuring alignment with Islamic banking principles where applicable.

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CA, or ACCA will be preferred.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

- Minimum 15 years of experience in financial services, with significant expertise in liabilities management and digital banking.

- Strong exposure to retail banking and deposit portfolio management.

- Experience in Islamic banking products and regulations will be an added advantage.
