💰 **Salary:** PKR 500,000 – 700,000 per month

A leading business group is looking for a visionary and results-driven **Head of IT Projects** to lead high-impact initiatives in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute IT project strategies aligned with business objectives
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory frameworks and insurance industry standards
• Oversee the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Manage timelines, budgets, and KPIs while aligning with company goals
• Lead coordination between internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless implementation
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team focused on innovation and excellence
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with department heads
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite, service providers, and regulators
• Communicate project progress, benefits, and risks clearly and consistently
• Stay current with emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, data analytics)
• Drive digital transformation to boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

 **Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of IT project management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of the insurance and/or financial services sector in Pakistan
• Proven track record managing large-scale IT initiatives including system integration and development
• PMP certification preferred
