Swenta Global is a growing UK-based accountancy and financial consultancy firm providing end-to-end accounting, compliance, and advisory services to British clients. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead our finance function and support business growth with strong financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee the complete finance and accounting function of the firm.

* Manage account consolidation across multiple clients and entities.

* Prepare and review management accounts, financial statements, and reports.

* Design and maintain financial dashboards for performance tracking and decision-making.

* Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting aligned with UK accounting standards.

* Oversee employee payrolls, UK taxes, National Insurance Contributions (NIC), and pension benefit compliance.

* Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

* Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.

* Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and reporting efficiency.

* Mentor and manage the finance team.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

* ACCA qualified (Mandatory)

* Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with UK-based clients

* Strong hands-on experience in account consolidation

* Proven expertise in creating financial dashboards and MIS reports

* Advanced Excel skills (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)

* Strong understanding of UK accounting practices and reporting standards

* Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
