📢 Hiring: Head of Finance – Agriculture / Fertilizer Industry (Karachi)
A leading agriculture solutions company providing innovative and sustainable fertilizer products (including water-soluble, bio, and micronutrient fertilizers) is looking for a Head of Finance to lead its financial strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and audit management.
Manage treasury, cash flow, and banking relationships efficiently.
Develop financial strategies and risk management frameworks to support growth.
Oversee tax planning and compliance to optimize the company’s tax position.
Provide strategic financial insights and partner with the CEO on key decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
10+ years of progressive experience, with 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role.
Proven expertise in financial management, planning, risk control, and strategy execution.
Strong leadership and communication skills with hands-on ERP and analytical experience.
Candidates with Food or Agriculture industry experience will be given preference.
